The people behind Abbey Mill are what make it special. From the friendly faces who welcome you through the door to the team quietly keeping everything running behind the scenes, everyone plays a part in creating the atmosphere our members and guests enjoy every day. We’re a small team with a shared passion for hospitality, community, and making Abbey Mill a place people genuinely enjoy spending time in.

Leon

Co-owner of Abbey Mill — the man who made it all happen. Leon swapped his life in London sales for the challenge of bringing this historic building back to life. These days he can usually be found somewhere around the building, often being the resident handyman and fixing whatever needs fixing. Leon is also the owner of one of our food trucks, Field & Furnace — proof that he’s very much a man of many trades.

Jon

Jon is the co-owner of Abbey Mill and one of the driving forces behind making the vision a reality. Often found tucked away with paperwork or quietly keeping things running behind the scenes, Jon brings plenty of humour and character to the team. He is also the founder of Hampshire’s cult-classic burger truck Original Fry Up Material, helping keep the Abbey Mill community well fed.

Corrina

Head of Events & Member Experience. Corrina is often the friendly face welcoming guests into Abbey Mill and ensuring every event runs beautifully. Many will recognise her from our Instagram reels, where she can usually be found bringing the building to life on camera. With a passion for fashion and a flair for hospitality, Corrina makes sure every guest feels right at home.

Charlotte

Our Head of Brand & Operations, quietly working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. She looks after the Abbey Mill brand—from social media and the website to the day-to-day admin that keeps things ticking along. Charlotte is usually the one behind the camera filming reels, posting photos, and replying to emails. When she’s not at the Mill, you’ll likely find her on a long countryside walk or at a country music gig.

Dave

Davie is our in-house chef and the man behind the co-workers food at Abbey Mill. Usually found cooking up a storm in the kitchen, or cracking a joke with members - he keeps everyone fuelled throughout the day. From toasties to fresh salad bowls, his simple, flavour-packed dishes have become a staple to Abbey Mill.

Chloe

Chloe is the talent behind the coffee we’re so proud of at Abbey Mill, known for her beautiful latte art and consistently excellent brews. You’ll usually find her behind the coffee machine, carefully crafting each cup and making sure every coffee is just right. From bean to cup, she keeps our members fuelled—so they can focus on their work, knowing a great coffee is on its way.

Harper & Winston

The official Abbey Mill dogs. Usually found upstairs due to violating our ‘Good Boy Policy’ downstairs, though they do make the occasional appearance to greet guests. They ruled the building while we were getting it up and running, so naturally they still believe the place belongs to them.
